Focaccia di cavolfiore

Questa ricetta non contiene nessun ingrediente della vera focaccia che solitamente mangiamo! E’ un piatto pensato per i bambini, è un piatto vegetariano, un portata settimanale. Una valida e sana ricetta per un pranzo o una cena senza pasta e carne. La focaccia di cavolfiore è una delle tante idee di Cucinadicasa per far mangiare la verdura ai bambini.

Ingredienti per 4 persone

  • 2 cavolfiori (qualsiasi tipo)
  • q.b. di formaggio e pangrattato
  • q.b di sale, pepe e olio di oliva

Procedimento:

Pulire e tagliare il cavolfiore a pezzi, fare cuocere a vapore per una 20 di minuti. Nel frattempo grattugiare del formaggio, una volta cotto e raffreddato prendere il cavolfiore e unirlo al formaggio, schiacciando il tutto con le mani. Finire con del pepe macinato, del sale e un filo di olio di oliva. Preriscaldare il forno in modalità ventilato ad una temperatura di 250°.

Ricoprire una leccarda con della carta da forno, a questo punto rovesciare il composto di cavolfiore e stenderlo dello spessore di circa 2-3 cm. Prima di infornare la focaccia di cavolfiore, cospargere la superficie con del pane grattugiato inumidito di olio d’oliva e del formaggio.

Cuocere per 20 minuti, fino a quando non sarà formata una crosticina in superficie.
